Product descriptions, prices, availability, and promotions may change. We may limit or cancel an order when reasonably required for fraud prevention, stock limitations, pricing errors, or operational reasons. If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm processing or shipment.

Shipping and fulfillment

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Most in-stock U.S. orders target delivery within 3-7 business days after processing. Orders are fulfilled from U.S. inventory through authorized logistics partners, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment where applicable. These fulfillment providers are not the seller of record. 30-day returns and refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days with no restocking fee. SHENZHEN HOMELEAD INDUSTRY CO., LIMITED is responsible for approving eligible returns and issuing approved refunds to the original payment method. Warranty

VODESON products include a 12-month hardware warranty with free replacement for any verified hardware defect. Product-specific exclusions and remedies are described in the Returns & Refunds policy and any documentation supplied with the product.
