30-day return window
Contact [email protected] within 30 days after delivery to request return authorization. Do not send an item before authorization and return instructions are issued.
For a change-of-mind return, the item must be in normal use condition and include the supplied accessories and materials. Support may request order details and condition evidence to confirm eligibility.
There is no restocking fee for an eligible return.
Change-of-mind returns
If a return is required, the customer pays change-of-mind return shipping. Use a trackable service and keep the receipt until the return is completed.
Defect or order error
VODESON covers reasonable return shipping for a verified defect, damage on arrival, or an incorrect item. Contact support before arranging shipment so the return method can be approved.

Please contact support and obtain written return authorization before sending any item, including to this address. Follow the instructions provided for your approved return. Our Hong Kong registered company address is not a product return address.
Some eligible requests may be resolved with a refund or replacement without requiring you to send the item back. This is assessed case by case and must be confirmed in writing by our support team; it is not guaranteed for every request. If a return is required, the approved refund is issued after the item is received and inspected. If we waive the return, the approved refund or replacement is arranged after support confirms the resolution, without waiting for an item to be sent back. Shenzhen HomeLead Industry Co., Limited issues approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider posting times can vary.
Original outbound shipping and expedited service charges are not refundable unless VODESON caused the return. Unauthorized or ineligible shipments may be refused.
12-month hardware warranty
VODESON provides a free replacement for any verified hardware defect within 12 months after delivery. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use.
It does not cover misuse, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, consumable parts, normal wear, improper installation, or use outside the product’s stated conditions. Contact [email protected] with the order number and a description of the issue so support can verify the defect and arrange the replacement. Support will confirm in writing whether you need to return the item; do not send it back before receiving authorization and instructions.
