Brand ownership and authorization

VODESON is a brand owned by VODESON INC and used by Shenzhen HomeLead Industry Co., Limited under authorization. VODESON INC may provide U.S. inventory, product, brand, and fulfillment support under commercial arrangements with the seller, but VODESON INC is not the seller of record for purchases placed on vodesonshop.com.

Products and availability

Product descriptions, prices, availability, and promotions may change. We may limit or cancel an order when reasonably required for fraud prevention, stock limitations, pricing errors, or operational reasons. If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments are received by Shenzhen HomeLead Industry Co., Limited and processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Airwallex and applicable payment networks. An order is accepted when we confirm processing or shipment.

Shipping and fulfillment

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Most in-stock U.S. orders target delivery within 3-7 business days after processing. Orders are fulfilled from U.S. inventory through authorized logistics partners, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment where applicable. These fulfillment providers are not the seller of record. 30-day returns and refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days with no restocking fee. Shenzhen HomeLead Industry Co., Limited is responsible for approving eligible returns and issuing approved refunds to the original payment method. Warranty

VODESON products include a 12-month hardware warranty with free replacement for any verified hardware defect. Product-specific exclusions and remedies are described in the Returns & Refunds policy and any documentation supplied with the product.

Acceptable website use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use site content in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
