Shipping & Delivery

VODESON offers U.S.-only checkout at launch. Shenzhen HomeLead Industry Co., Limited is the seller of orders placed on vodesonshop.com. Orders must have a valid address in an enabled U.S. delivery area.

Shipping rates

  • $6.90 standard shipping for orders under $25.99.
  • Free standard shipping at $25.99+.

Orders are fulfilled from U.S. inventory through authorized logistics partners, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment where applicable. The applicable rate is shown during checkout after a valid delivery address is entered.

Processing and transit estimates

Normal processing for in-stock items is 0-1 business day. Estimated transit after shipment is 3-7 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can change because of carrier operations, weather, holidays, or address issues.

Tracking

When a trackable order ships, the tracking number is added to the order and sent through the available order-notification channel. Carrier scans can take time to appear after the label is created.

Address and order help

Contact [email protected] promptly if an address needs correction. A change is not possible after the carrier has accepted the parcel.

Fulfillment locations and returns

Fulfillment centers and logistics partners are not the seller’s registered office and are not public return addresses. Contact support before sending any item so we can provide return authorization and the correct destination. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.
